Persisting filter and pagination values

Not directly related to react-table but I wanted your thoughts on persisting filter (global and column) and pagination values when the user navigates away from table (using a react-router Link in one of the cells) to another page and back. So far I was thinking either;

1. React-router location state,
2. Query parameters so users can bookmark page
3. Context
