Right now usePagination doesn't have a clear way of using its pageSize and pageIndex state in a controlled way.
For example. Say I want pageSize to be stored in localStorage with a useLocalStorageState hook and synced with other tables on the page. The best way to implement that would be to pass the pageSize and setPageSize to useTable.
