And/Or filter

Hi there. Say my react-table filter/state looks like:

filters: [
    {
        id: "category",
        value: ["filter1", "filter2"]
    },
    {
        id: "tag",
        value: ["tag1"]
    },
]

Say post 1 has filter1, filter2, tag1
post 2 has tag1

The results for this will only find post 1. How can I make react-table search return results for all (OR rather than AND)
