Expand rows in arbitrary column-order?

Hi - coming here via an R API library (glin/reactable) following a question I posted there so sorry I am unable to illustrate my question/mre using js. But referencing the image below, is it currently possible within this library to expand the "time" column without expanding values of colB? Put another way, I want to see measures across time aggregated by the values of colA (and over the values of colB). Without just removing colB from the table.
