Hiding rows if column's cell has specific value

Hi, people.

What would be the optimal and most performant approach for large data sets for filtering (excluding) rows when a specific value is present in a specific column's cell?

I will provide a checkbox that allows users to toggle the visibility of these rows, enabling them to switch back and forth as needed.

Example:
