Pivot table / Multiple entry table / 2 dimensionnal tables

I have a question. Is it possible to create a 2 dimensional table ? Like in this example :

I already checked the closed issues and people have suggested to add a first frozen column and so on. But I'm wondering if the API have evolved to support two dimensional tables the proper way.
