sqlite vs postgres

Hello, I have been trying to find out what the feature differences are between postgres and sqlite but cannot find a page explaining. Could someone point these out?

I got the following note in the settings page: "This application is not running with a Postgres database backend. This is ok but not recommended as some features only work with postgres databases."

At the moment I think it's mostly lack of full text search.
