Backup does not works correctly

Hello there.
Thank you for your hard work in maintaining this wonderful project.

I just got into a problem with the Frontend and the synchronization with a repository server. Using a Forgejo server, I backed up a project to the server's repository. The problem is that once the project is created, it cannot be updated. I got the error:

Forgejo API request to 'repos/my_papers/contents' failed: . a SHA or commit ID must be provided when updating a file

Should I assume that the project cannot be updated once uploaded? I also tried pulling before pushing, but I got the same result.

In addition to the previous Forgejo issue, I am also having an issue with the File System backup:

Projects can be updated once uploaded. You will first need to import your project after the first commit to ensure the versions are synchronized. This happens since TeXlyre does not create repositories but updates repositories with at least one existing file (ideally a README.md or similar).

Before doing so, export your project from the file explorer panel, or to be on the safe side, export your account with all projects included from the top-right profile menu -> "Export Account" and select "All Projects" (select check all boxes as well)

As for the backup, it seems like your browser does not support the file system API. What is your browser/OS and versions? If possible, you might have to switch to a compatible browser (chrome or edge) by importing your previously exported account and use that instead. Otherwise, you can simply save (export) your projects as downloadable ZIP files or use one of the other backup APIs
