Revamp the recording rating system

It makes no sense to have separate upvote/downvote/comment systems/sections for each single line of dialogue.

These should be condensed for all voice lines of a given NPC in a single quest, so users can rate the performance of the voice actor in the whole quest and not just around 5 seconds of speech.

This will likely require a hard reset of all upvotes/downvotes, although I might be able to save the comments.

The backend of rating and the quests credits page seems to be finished.

On frontend, there are just some styling issues with the voting buttons. Considering that voting on the NPC page has been shifted from all recordings to once for the whole page, it might be worth gathering all the CSS classes related to this feature and putting them into a separate file. From what I saw in the CSS files, there seems to be a lot of duplciate code.

The webpages with the voting features are:

• Quest Credits: /contents/degeneratedname (/contents/fallendelivery)
• NPC page: /npc/npcid (/npc/73)
• Voice actor portfolio: /cast/userid (/cast/96)

Comments page is not working for now. I'd like to remove it as a separate page and instead make comments (and the form for adding them) in a modal appearing in the foreground of all the pages with the upvote/downvote/comment features.

I'm asking @kmaxii to implement the modal on the frontend, as he was the one who was implementing that on the Mod Contents page. When that's done, I'll create backend code for supplying the modal with data.

By the way, the modal feature has been removed from the Mod Credits page because it was no longer needed there (clicking a quest card would lead to redirection to the new Quest Credits page).
