Implement Docker

Incorporate Docker into both reefscape-app and reefscape-server.

@benceruleanlu is currently learning how to use Docker and how to add it to the project.

Okay I know how to use Docker now.

I'll crank out a Dockerfile for both projects and try to implement it into our workflow during our Thursday meeting.
