Add option for the single click Permanent delete

Pls add option to delete files permanently without sending them to Trash Bin.

Apparently this feature was added in #4290 last december. Considering the last version was 3.10 (which is almost 2 years ago), I guess the solution is to either compile from the sources or create a new discussion asking for a new release
