Fixed build dependency issues

Note: There are some dependency issues in tag v3.8.4, and thus the gradlew build won't work. Particularly,

1. com.leinardi.android:speed-dial:3.1.1

• Fixed by changing to version 3.3.0 which is backward compatible.

2. com.github.pengrad:jdk9-deps:1.0

• Fixed by adding a repository maven { url 'https://repository.liferay.com/nexus/content/repositories/public/' }

My bad. I meant to merge into v3.8.4 tag. Not the release/4.0. I'll close this PR.
