SSH/SFTP jump server support

Currently there is SFTP support, but some servers cannot be accessed in public but only with a jump server.

Add fields in SFTP settings to configure the jump server.

Is this like a proxy? Is the jump requirement from the server or is the device simply not connecting when it should?

It is a requirement. See the -J command line option or ProxyJump configuration option of SSH.
