Settings UI - Top and Bottom Spill Over

Describe the bug

When I go into the Settings, the top of the UI and the bottom of the UI spill over into the Status bar at the top, and Navigation buttons at the bottom.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on any section, typically the areas you will scroll up and down in.
3. Now you can see the top and bottom of the UI spilling over.

Expected behavior
The UI isn't scaling properly to size...

Here's a screen shot, notice the the word Appearance at the top bleeding into the Status bar, and at the bottom the setting Colored Navigation bar, partially hidden behind the navigation buttons. At the bottom of the UI, sometimes it's hard to toggle the options, covered behind the navigation buttons.

I just wanted to report the same thing.
Xiaomi 14T with Android 16. The settings page has the same spillout.
