Android TV stuck on v3.10

Hi,

On my Nvidia shield android TV Amaze is stuck on v3.10.

The app does not appear on the shield play store anymore.

However, if I go to Amaze from my phone in the play store and check compatibility for your active devices it shows that Amaze isn't compatible with the Shield android tv anymore.

It appears something happened to the build after v3.10.

The problem is that we removed Android TV to be able to publish the 3.11 update on Play Store, as Android TV required a banner. We need to add the banner and republish for Android TV.
