5.7.1 Server UI Documentation

Those docs generally are for 5.4.x and below as of 5.5.x I added a user interface for managing the server controls so config editing was no longer required.

The Docs should be updated to reflect that. Similar with the client settings, should have images and descriptions of the UI components.

We can discus the hows and whats of it when work starts.
