Week 2 - Looking more into CV stuff #2

Whats up Jonah!
So, in an effort to not quickly skip over the CV stuff, I'd like you to do some more work related to retrieving stock count and percent.
I know you won't have much time this month but like I said on the call, this project is meant to teach you some cool technologies! Its not so much about solving some big problem with Melee, if anything this will help you work your way toward that. I just don't want you skipping around is all.
So by next week, I'd like to see some progress with detecting percent and stocks! What would be awesome is if you fed it a VOD and the terminal would output timestamps and percents of both characters at that timestamp.
