Sprint #1: Explore a little bit more into OpenCV

From our discussion, we talked about how you could use OpenCV to track the icon of each summoner on the map.

Long term goal worth mentioning:
Gain the ability to predict the path of a champion model in every direction, and form a circle. Based on that circle, if another champ is found in that radius, alert that you're getting ganked!

Action Items for the Week:

1. Look more into OpenCV to see how it can record video (make sure it can work in fullscreen mode).
2. Test the pixel matching system with different models on different qualities to see if the changes impact the results.
