Remove Central Atlas Tamazight

Reasons:
* Not supported by Android: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/base/+/android16-release/core/res/res/values/locale_config.xml
* Should be replaced by Standard Moroccan Amazigh (zgh)
