Pull down to update: progress bar gets stuck half way

What is/are your question(s)?

Before I log an issue I want to check if anything else is seeing/having the issue with 0.27.4 that dosent existin on v 0.27.2.

When I swipe down to check for new videos in my subs section, the progress bar gets stuck halfway more than several seconds.

I have tried doing a search in open/closed issues, but search for "progress bar" or "bar" dosent come up with anything.

We are forced to throttle feed loading due to rate limiting issues by YouTube.

However currently, loading screen blocks users from watching feed items etc while new items are being fetched. This behavior should be changed and there is an issue #4952 open for it. You can make suggestions there for how to make it a better experience there.
