What is/are your question(s)?

On downloading a video when playing them back controls like playback speed and skip silence are not available use it possible to also implement them to the downloaded videos player?

As offline playback of downloaded videos is not possible within app itself currently, there is a related open issue about it #10542, means you have to watch downloaded videos on vidoes player of your choice, however you can install Next Player from fdroid or github to use some of these features.
