Login button does not work

Describe the bug

When logging in and clicking the "login" button, nothing happens. Same occurs for the "register" button when attempting to create a new account.

To Reproduce

1. Click "login" in menu bar
2. Enter username and password
3. Click "login" button
4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

I should be logged into my Piped account.
