database security issue #22
Description
Securing the database for the website at present is a concern for this project.
The database, which is accessible through a university php portal could be seen as a vulnerability.
The access credentials are currently exposed by simply inspecting the code.
Perhaps using .config/ for configuring the web services, lib/ as a directory for python/php code, etc. could obfuscate the access credentials. Doing so would require webpages be updated to link appropriately.
