Add warning to EmuGUI 2.1

Please read Tech-FZ/EmuGUI#25 for more details.

Here is what you need to know about the changes coming 11th November, 2025 to understand why this issue exists:

• Windows 10 1507, 1511, as well as Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2015 will lose host support.
• Dual-Core CPUs will be required to have 4 threads to get host support.
• RAM requirements will be raised to 12 GB (assuming integrated graphics are used).
• Graphics cards/chips must support DirectX 11 or OpenGL 3.3.
• The minimum space available is doubled to 4 GB.
• UEFI will be required for Windows 11, as well as Linux distros which do not support legacy BIOS.

EmuGUI 2.1 will be the first version of EmuGUI which includes this warning. However, depending on how much time it takes to release it, I might backport it to EmuGUI 2.0.
