handle courses alternatives in register page

• In register page schedule calendar should display all user courses offerings and with courses that are alternatives transparent and they should be reactive when the course that they are alternative off is deleted.
• add a switch in register page to switch between only show user courses offerings that is not one of the alternatives and all user courses offerings
