Script to De-dup Positions and update Member's positions accordingly

Currently, the Positions resource has a few duplicates, so we need to remove the duplicates and update the member's positions with the correct position.

I think even bigger than this is the duplicates in People. Problem is sometimes people register accounts with their facebook but then swipe into an event and type a slightly different name (Exclude middle initial etc) and then we have two records, one with name:facebook and one with name:nyu-id. Shouldn't be too heard to find people by name/email and merge the records
