Misc updates (#10159)

* Add UnlockDiagnosticVMOptions/DebugNonSafepoints JVM flags as they provide useful profililng information whitout overhead by default

* Upgrade to vertx 5.0.4

* Filter module descriptors as we are in a fat jar

* Prefer space over tab in pom.xml
