Turtles dont recognize Ship API when assembling ships #12
Description
This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods
- I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description
Whenever I assemble a ship with a turtle already on it, it doesn't recognize the ship API. I have to break and place it back on each time to get it to work.
Fixing this would be a great help for ship auto-printers...
Issue reproduction
Build a structure on the ground with a turtle
Assemble it with the turtle already on board
Check if ship api is available on the turtle after assembly
