Scout's Distillation fails on unbound cleric impeti

Versions: Minecraft 1.20.1, Hex Casting 0.11.2

Executing Scout's Distillation on an unbound cleric impetus will cause NullPointerException. This error does not happen if the impetus is bound to a player.

Note that cleric impeti are expected to work without a bound player. The caster is null in this case.
