challenge page showing on anubis-1.21.3 but not on anubis-1.23.1

I installed Anubis 1.21.3 before. After configuring internal website using Nginx, I can see challenge page when I first access the website or deleting its cookies.

These days I installed Anubis-1.23.1. Same Nginx configuration of the internal website, I cannot see the challenge page even after I delete cookies from web browser.

Is it supposed not to see the challenge page, or there is a configuration that I should enable it ?

There's better heuristics in the default config that make it not needed to show a challenge page as much while still being effective. If you want the challenge page back, adjust your configuration to add 99 points of weight when the user agent string contains "Mozilla".
