As evidenced by issues #50, #109, and (technically) #95, there are certainly some privacy concerns with Anubis. It's absolutely better than Cloudflare, however I think it's best to document some of the limitations of this that are necessary, namely:
Processing of an IP and User-Agent
Usage of DNSBL (if the host chooses to use it)
Usage of JS (until, possibly, a non-JS solution comes by.)
(Yes, I know JS doesn't mean it impacts privacy, but I have had quite a few people message me after I implemented Anubis on my site, pretty upset that their privacy is compromised due to the fact it uses JS.)
Potentially, the usage of browser cookies
I understand that a good chunk of this is the job of the hoster, but it'd be good to at least document some of this, especially since the docs itself uses Anubis :)
