I'm tracking building binary packages in #156, but I wanted to spell out the plans in detail. Before I knew it, I had written an entire manifesto. Oops!

This is also why there's an undocumented yeetfile.js in the root of the repo. That's how the packages are going to be built.

Yeet seems super cool, might be worth checking out goreleaser and the subsequent nfpm project as well for inspiration, it helped me a ton with doing package management for some of my projects.

Yeet is basically javascript glue around parts of nfpm and the parts I like out of goreleaser :D

❤️ I thought that might be the case. Def watching this with interest. I love goreleaser... but the YAML has really limited me 😭 (looking at docker builds in particular....)
