Public preview of native packaging

Hi all!

The big packaging proof of concept is merged into main (#194), and I uploaded a public preview to my CDN in order to show it off.

These packages ship with enough documentation that you should be able to figure out how to use Anubis completely offline, but I wouldn't be surprised if things are missing from the native package directions or other parts of the documentation.

If you've been waiting for a native package to try Anubis, please give this a shot! I'm building binaries for amd64 (x86_64), arm64 (aarch64), and riscv64 because that's the hardware I have on my desk to test things with. What architectures am I missing here?

I'll write up more about the exact implementation later, but the native packaging manifesto on my blog should answer some of your questions about what I've been doing.

Please find issues with them! I want these to be useful.
