I would suggest the project's license should be changed to something like AGPL or EUPL, specially if you're trying to build a business on top of it.

I really don't want to track down and get agreements from over 90 people to change the license. Any future Techaro projects will have Fair Core - MIT.

Since talk is cheap, and I'm the one who asked, I could volunteer to do that.

To me that's not a bad license, but IMO it would be better to transition to a copyleft license, instead of MIT.
