We are using the latest version of inventory rollback in version 1.21.4.
When entering, exiting, and manually saving in the world, all items are backed up, but there is only one item in particular.
There is a critical bug that prevents backups only when you die. Please fix it.

Other than the above, there is no separate error log, and if you still die, only the experience points are backed up and the items are not saved.

As a result of testing while removing 50 plugins that I am using on the server, there is no bug when booting with only the above plugin, but Death Backup does not work from the moment any plugin is added. The problem is not the compatibility of a specific plugin, but it stops working from the moment the plugin is added. There is no separate error code displayed on the console.

I really like Rollback and have been using it since the past until version 1.20.4, but the problem only occurred in version 1.21.4.

Please send me a zip file of your server with IRP and one other plugin (which makes IRP not work). You do not need to include the full world in the zip file or anything else you don't want to include. However, the server setup that is produced when unzipping must have a broken IRP installation that I can run on a VM. Using this broken server setup, I might be able to fix your problem.
