Bug description:

Hey! Basically if a player joins on the server and then leaves, if i do the following command | /inventoryrollbackplus restore | it says hes never joined because of offline-mode!

How to reproduce:

REQUIRED: Steps to reproduce the issue.
Server 1.20+ "offline-mode" and if a player joins plays for 1 minute and leaves it will say there is currently no backups for this person this person has never joined!

If you use names of premium accounts while in offline mode, you will likely have this issue. Also offline mode is only vaguely supported. I try to not break it but I don't put a ton of effort into vetting offline support for any release.
