Is it support DNS rules?

It is different DNS upstream servers for different domains. Even different request sources are assigned to different rules.

For example:

• Client A requests Google.com, it is assigned to 8.8.8.8
  Client A requests Cloudflare.com, it is assigned to 1.1.1.1
• Client B requests Google.com, then it is assigned to 8.8.4.4
  Client B requests Cloudflare.com, then it is assigned to 1.0.0.1
• Client C requests Google.com, then it is assigned to a group containing 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 called Group 1
  Client C requests Cloudflare.com, then it is assigned to a group containing 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 called Group 2

Thanks for asking. Check out the Advanced Forwarding app from the Apps section on the admin panel. This app supports group based forwarding as you need.
