Refine the use of types and make sure we're using the term type consistently

• Find out if we can add additional types.
• Understand how github expect themto be used.
• Amend the term "type" in issue templaes.
• Add ops to "type" in issue tempalate. e.g. An activity issue
• Add "other" to "type" in issue tempalate
