visualising the alignment for gene sets instead of individual genes

I was wondering if you can advise one whether it's possible to visualise the alignment of sets of genes?

in your paper, you this:

The right hand side is individual genes - is there a way we can visualise this for the entire block as well so that it matches the results for the left hand side as a block?
