Fork libp2p - Upgrade Hickory DNS

rust-libp2p has not addressed the hickory security issue. They want to remove async-std support first. See this issue

However, the removal has been slow to progress. See this issue among many others.

This was first brought to our attention through a dependabot alert. The libp2p hickory-dns 25.-alphax is holding back our upgrade to reth (#164). This will also be a good opportunity to address #250

Hi, libp2p/rust-libp2p#5968 has been merged, we plan to release a new minor version by the end of the week, but meanwhile if you want you can now depend on the upstream.
