Video & Image fallback icon

Goal

• Use different icon for image fallback and video fallback
• Create image-disabled icon like video-disabled (this icon is only available in o2)
• Use video-disabled for video fallback icon

Context

We are using the same icon for these components and I think the fallback icon for image is not the best icon

Impact

Differenciate type of media content when these component throw a fallback
