Not clear when signals are sent in the App Store version

Today we released a new version of our app in the App Store. We are now using the latest version of TelemtryDeckSDK. Unfortunately, I'm not sure when the signals appear on the board on the web.

What I did:

• I generated about 30 signals and sent the app to the background -> no signals
• I generated another 30 signals and closed the app -> no signals
• I generated another 30 signals and left the app open longer (10 min) -> no signals

I have no idea why, but now I see signals from three hours ago in my dashboard. But I just don't understand when they are sent.

Does the Dashboard needs time to process the signals? I looked up the Docs but found no information about that.

Hi @ivenprillwitz,

Around the time of you report, our servers were experiencing a delay in data visibility (showing metrics on the dashboard). The situation should be improved by now.

We try to visualise events as fast as possible, events usually appear shortly after being received by our ingestion endpoint.

If the problem persists, please let us know!

The same behaviour as yesterday. It takes 2–3 hours for the signals to appear on the dashboard.
