Application Setup

This page details how to set up the application and the supported game versions properly. Be sure you pay close attention and do exactly as written.

Application Installation

Application Installation is fairly simple. You download the latest release from here. Create a folder that will contain the launcher, and simply extract the zip file contents to the that you created. After that simply run the TelltaleModLauncher.exe to run the launcher.

Games Setup

This details how each game version should be setup.

[Game Version] The Walking Dead Definitive Series

On the application setup, it will ask you to locate the game executable and also the mods folder.

  • The Game Executable is located simply right in the Game Directory, should be named WDC.exe
  • The Mods folder in the case of The Walking Dead Definitive Series is simply the Archives folder which is located in the Game Directory.

[Game Version] Other

This Game Version can be utilized to test/use unsupported Games that the launcher has not been tested with. Do know that if you wish to use this, that there is a good chance that it won't work with the given Game as currently the Launcher has been designed and tested extensively with the Walking Dead Telltale Definitive Series.

But your welcome to try it if you wish.

Creator Dependencies

As of version v0.5 these are not required yet for application usage or setup. In the future, these will be automatically assigned for your convenience.
