Liquidator that uses NEAR intents as venue for liquidation #179
Description
Goal is to remove liquidator as someone who needs to get paid from liquidation spread so more revenue goes to protocol and add more yield to the lender
Possibly can be done by Templar or some friendly entity running a liquidation bot that uses near-intents or maybe there's a way for the contract to do it automatically (possibly with some latency)
