目前我的解决办法是安装旧版本，4.0的版本可以顺利安装。

尝试了一下，用旧版本的PAG成功安装上插件了，然后把PAG更新到最新，就不影响插件使用了 |

自动、手动都没法安装，手动安装时，比如那个啥QT513文件，在指导的路径里没看到有。自动安装的时候那个 安装插件 并不是在 文件菜单里，点的 帮助菜单下的 安装插件 会报错
