我们基于 release/4.5 分支创建了 feature/ohos_fd 分支，添加了 FD 泄露测试功能，测试了本地文件加载和网络文件加载两种情况。

测试步骤：

选择 FD Leak Test
选择 Mode：Network 或 Local
点击 Load 20 PAGs 加载多个 PAG 文件
渲染一段时间后选择 Release All，观察 FD Increase 的变化

测试结论：
未发现 FD 泄露问题，Release All 后 FD 数量恢复正常。

"@tencent/libpag@4.5.27" 已经是最新版本确认是fd泄露问题主要在播放网络地址动画时复现，提供的代码片段是一个独立的已经封装好的pag播放工具，可以直接粘在任何一个鸿蒙项目中作为一个组件使用（传入网络地址）不用再提供demo
