Ability to edit or add custom index sites

Nzbindex.com searches are all failing for me, but nzbindex.nl works. It would be great to be able to edit the URL for the preconfigured index sites, or to be able to clone and edit as needed.

You can't edit the predefined search engines, but you can add your own.
If you add a new search engine, simply click on ‘Cancel’ when the predefined search engines are displayed and then enter your own settings.

Copy and past the settings for nzbindex.com and just replace .com with .nl.
