Explain how to add tools from a user story perspective
- considering the possible options in the roght order (eg. custom yml, then Python).
- Differentiating use cases between tools/prompts/resources (and things that should be defined out f the server eg. workflows)
- Explain the way tools are maintained in a sub-module and promoted to MCP tools at startup.
- Explain Pydantic typing.
- Use of the MCP inspector
