Expected Behavior

(1) Harvest straw by breaking grass with knife or hoe - Stone or Metal
(2) Tools degrade as you use them

Actual Behavior

(1) Harvest straw by breaking grass with knife or hoe - Stone or Metal
(2) Tools DONT degrade as you use them

Steps to Reproduce

(1) Make stone tool and attack grass of varying lengths to get straw
(1.1) Cheat in metal tools and repeat step 1.
(2) Tools take no damage while straw drops

Additional Information

Unsure if wanted or not. But it is a distinct difference from earlier versions + base TFC.
