Does this mod allow to modify biome placements by coordinates/radius from spawn?

Hi. I'm searching for a mod that would allow be to place biomes at certain distance from spawn or only allow for them to appear after certain coordinates. I'm not sure if this mod would allow me to do that, it seems like it has biome placement stuff, but I don't see anything that I can use to achieve my goal. Is it simply the wrong mod to do that?
Maybe it could be added in the future or it's just the wrong mod for that.
Sorry for stupid question, just wanted to make sure

Not at the moment. I do expect to be adding that functionality in Biolith 4.
